Championing Children: Ensuring Future Security After Injuries

Over my career I’ve developed a passion for representing children who have been injured. It’s important to me because the child can’t testify, the child can’t sign the contract, so the burden’s on me to make sure that child’s fully compensated. And one thing we do that many other lawyers may not do is at the end of the case, once there’s a recovery, we work with financial experts to make sure the settlement or the amount of money is invested for the child’s future, whether that’s for education, medical bills, a career later in life. So it’s very important that we think not just about the short term for the child, but their entire life.
