Injuries to Children

In my career, I’ve developed a passion for representing injured children and their families because the child can’t testify. Child can’t sign a contract. What an awesome responsibility is to take that case and ensure that that child’s future is taken care of. I once asked a truck driver, “When is it okay to run over a child in a crosswalk?” Well, the answer is obvious. It’s never okay. That’s what these cases are about. Children don’t cause their own injuries, yet they last their lifetime. I’ve developed a relationship with a team of experts, financial experts, that we use to maximize a recovery in every child’s case. I also work with medical experts to develop a life care plan to make sure we adequately address all the future medical needs the child will need as he or she grows older.
