Police Reports: Are They Admissible in Court?

A lot of people are concerned about what’s in the police report. Oh, the police officer said this or that. But in reality, the police report is not admissible at trial. There’s a statute that says it’s not coming in. The police officer wasn’t there. I once had a case where the, four year old child that was in the booster seat was driving the car and the forty year old mom who was driving the car was in the booster seat. So police reports are not admissible.
