Understanding Depositions: What to Expect in Your Case
One common term you’ll hear in a injury lawsuit is deposition and what is that? A deposition is just testimony under oath. Usually it’s the defense lawyer asking my client questions about their background, what their injuries are and how they’re doing. Some people think that’s a scary process. I think it’s a good day for any case because it’s the first time the client gets to tell their story in a meaningful way when it matters. I make sure all my clients are prepared and ready to go, understand the process and really take the stress and fear of the process off of them so they can do their best.
