Why Personal Injury Lawyers Matter? Transforming Safety Standards

Our profession has gotten a lot of just generalized criticism. People are kinda lobbing grenades at us because we’ll take any kind of case that walks through the door. Right? We’ll take a Wendy slip-and-fall case in the bathroom due to some unknown substance.

That’s not us. Okay? We take real cases from real people who are actually traumatically injured. So about fifty years ago or so, you would see a lot of advertisements for plaintiff’s lawyers saying that they specialized in airplane law, airline law, what have you.

You don’t see that anymore if rarely. And the reason is that our profession actually instigated chain in that field. Our profession helped make traveling on an airplane much, much safer without the government having to get involved by simply holding airlines accountable when they negligently failed to maintain an aircraft that led to a crash or something of that sort.
